Yoga in daily life is a system of practice consisting of eight levels- physical, mental, social and spiritual health. When the body is physically healthy, the mind is clear, focused and stress is under control. To put this into practice, a special assembly was organized to teach main asanas of yoga including Surya Namaskar in order to revitalize the body and refresh the mind. Students felt energetic throughout the course of the day after the power packed session of yoga.
